If I forget the date of court what happened?

I have someone arrested for identification and beverage purchases overseas I am a student from Zimbabwe. I will be going back home on vacation so I wont be around to go to court, 1) What if no show in court? 2) Can immigration know?

Violating a court order is considered contempt of court and a warrant will be issued. If it's a holiday, I definitely will the court before taking a trip to see if you can get a deferment to a later date. If not, you'll be fine during their holiday, but the time when the foot step back on American soil, you'll be a wanted man. Play it safe.
