Planning a trip to Disney World in the summer of 2010?

I'm trying to plan a trip to Disney World in the summer of 2010. It will be for 10 people (2 Lord of the Citizens, 2 adults, 18yr, 16, 14, 10, 8 and 4 years old). Would it be cheaper to rent an apartment / villa near Disney a stay of 10 days in a hotel? If so, would appreciate suggestions on which condo to stay in, I was thinking: Barefoot'n on the keys, Liki Tiki Village, Orbit One Vacation Villa or Parkway International Resort. And does anyone know the driving of these condos for Disney?
