Places of exciting family vacation?

I'm helping to plan the summer vacation that comes with the face of my mother's family. There will be 18 people. 10 adults and 8 children. I want to find something you have to rent apartments near a lovely beach. Pretty villa in Nice. I wish that was like right next to the beach. I want to find something on the east coast. Preferably not too far north. I want there to be something for everyone too. There will be two teenage girls 5 and 16 so buy it great! And there will be 5 children between the ages of 14 and 6. Adults be for anything. The holiday is primarily concerned with children anyway. Any suggestion would be incredible! Thanks

Lake George, New York. Tons of things for everyone of all ages to do. North and South Carolina are very nice. Especially Outer Banks of North Carolina. In South Carolina Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach are nice. Have Fun!
