Vacation In Mexico Warnings
Vacation In Mexico Warnings
What lengths to go to in avoiding Swine Flu?

My husband’s colleague despite warnings not to travel to Mexico has gone on a two week vacation there and is returning in a week. Is there anything that can be done to keep him out of the office for a while until we see if he will develop symptoms of swine flu, i.e. forced paid vacation? It seems a bit selfish that he should go to Mexico, because he is not just endangering himself but countless others he has contact with.

This early, coordinate with proper medical authorities. They should know better. Offhand, he should volunteer to get himself quarantined for observation purposes. That’s a small price to pay for his “selfishness”. It’s not only your entire family that’s at stake; it can be your entire neighborhood — or beyond. Make him realize this.

Mexico – gangs, drugs, murder, should you go?
