Hawaii Vacation! Only your opinion!?

I want to go with my mother to Hawaii and we are sure that is the target and are not changing. I heard that is a 12-hour flight and U need to stay for a minimum of 5 days to see everything and be satisfied. So if any of you have been in Hawaii before where should go in Hawaii? Honolulu? Maui? We want that is relaxing and beautiful. THANKS!

I went to Hawaii during spring break. Andi loved me .. I went to Honolulu and Maui .. if you want to go shopping that must go to Honolulu .. that has lots of shops .. but its just like a normal city .. so it has nothing special except for the sea and beaches .. but .. Maui is much better shopping sucks but the ocean and beaches are great .. and .. so pretty, if you decide to go to Maui you should go visit Molokini .. It's a serve in the middle of the ocean and take you where your snorkel .. so cool if you go to Maui should also rent your snorkel .. Maui is great but overall much better .. its relaxing and beautiful ..
