Where would you rather visit for a vacation Shanghai or Beijing?
Shanghai is more metropolitan – more dining options, nightclubs, cafe, shopping, city view, etc. Honestly, it resembles New York. No kidding.
Beijing is more old-city type filled with historical landmarks, ancient builidings, etc.
So if you like metropolitan type, go to Shanghai. If you like culture, history, go to Beijing.
