What is the cheapest time of year to travel to Amsterdam for the holidays?

I found the cheapest flights from the U.S. from late October to December to mid-(avoiding a return flight at or near the time and avoiding the thanksgiving over x weeks) and mid-January to late March. To try your luck for some good weather (by decent I mean cold, but sunny) … test in late October and late March.
